You can download ASPC service forms directly from this site. Return completed forms to the ASPC Office, located on the second floor of the Smith Campus Center. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed in order to view and print forms.

The Sagehen Shuttle is a transportation service provided by the ASPC. Shuttles are available to students, organizations and classes for various field trips and community service projects. Shuttles are limited to 6 passengers.

Students can request the rental of audio/visual equipment through the Campus Center Audio/Visual Event Services. This service includes a technician who will transport, setup, and operate all equipment for your event.

Use this form when applying for student employment positions for the Smith Campus Center or ASPC positions including: Coop Store, Coop Fountain, Sagehen Shuttle Driver, Escorts, Student Mail Center, and Graphic Artists.

As the mandatory student fees may not be used for the purchase of alcohol, a special fund has been established for this purpose.

Use this form to request funding from CCLA (for one-time events), ASPC, and the Student Faculty Interaction Fund.

Each year the ASPC Senate appoints student-at-large members to serve on various committees throughout the College. Please return this completed form to the ASPC Office (SCC Room 244) by 5 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 19. You will be contacted later regarding your application and possible interview.
